backflags - no longer required!

Although the flagging requirements have been removed from Demiplane, these backflags still drop and hold their original function.  That is, looting a backflag will grant completion of all 5 blood raid AA.

At this point, we FFA all backflags.

This area simply covers which events these backflags always drop from.

backflag & related events

Backflags are obtained only from certain events inside DP.  Each of these events drops a single backflag.
