Since the flagging requirements to enter Tacvi and related zones have been removed in game, the information below is now obsolete. However, I'm leaving it here for reference.
overview
Tacvi is the end zone of progression in the Gates of Discord
expansion. This area is a starting point of reference, for
related flagging information.
Although Freelance doesn't actively raid Tacvi or related zones anymore, I'm keeping this info here for reference
Below is brief overview (excluding raid leader flags required to
request instances).
Note: "Keyword" refers to what you say to spawn the instance in
question.
Kod'Taz, Broken Trial
Grounds
You need to complete only Tipt, in order to get KT flagged.
Zone: Barindu
NPC: Apprentice Udranda (loc:
250 by neg 750)
Keyword: tipt
Mission: Tipt, Treacherous Crags
Note: After the final boss, remember to cross the rope bridge, hail the Nihil model npc to finish your Tipt flag. Click the stone behind him to exit the zone.
Qvic, Prayer Grounds of Calling
Two items are required for this flag, which are obtained through
raids.

Note: Important - MAKE SURE
you have the "Fragment of the High Temple" in your inventory before you
hand in the Sliver!

Hand in Item: Sliver of the High Temple
Note: Once the hand in is done, KEEP your Sliver, and your Fragment
for Txevu flagging later on. The Sliver he hands back to you has
the same name, however it's not the same sliver, it's been changed.
Note: If you want to zone into Qvic, you can talk to Madronoa in
Natimbi located next to the KT stone. Saying "wish to travel" to
her will port you into Qvic.
Txevu, Lair of the Elite
Three items are required for this flag:

(the modified one, see above Qvic flagging)
Fragment of the High Temple
(from Uqua raid)
Splinter of the High Temple
(from Inktu'ta raid)
