Note: I believe most people go for the Watering Hole instance. But I think any instance will spawn the rare, I may be mistake however. Hail the NPC until you get the Watering Hole instance is the best route.

(244, 922,-68.11), clear the area in my
opinion. It's been a while on this one, I remember roughly the
part of the zone, but found this loc on Allakhazam, might be
useful.
I have markers on my map for the one I
camped near Battlemaster Rhorious I believe.
